Rescue, Reserve and Rehabilitate Wildlife!

Since 1989, Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge has been on a mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and release injured and orphaned Florida native species. Each year the BNWR serves 2,500-3,000 of Central Florida’s Wildlife, ensuring they are given the correct treatment and care.

We can’t begin to imagine the suffering these animals face. With no way to communicate oftentimes, they are hurting in silence. We want to ensure that our native wildlife is protected and foster the growth of these ecosystems.

The protection and prevention of declining native species are vital to the health of Florida’s ecosystems, and without assistance, these animals may become extinct. With your help, Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge can continue on its mission to release injured and orphaned Florida native animals.
