I have been licensed and I have been working as an agent since 2015. Previously, I earned a business degree and worked in various management positions. Certainly, educating clients about insurance and finding a policy that fits their needs at an affordable price is the most satisfying part of the job. I grew up in Colombia and in Venezuela, however, most of my adult life I have been in the United States. Now I have a family with two amazing boys. I enjoy exploring places and doing new activities with my family. We enjoy going to the movies, playing ping pong, playing soccer, video games and going to the beach. When I am not in the office, we may have the kids sports activities, we may be visiting a park, exploring places in town, visiting with friends and family or just watching movies at home. I also enjoy going to concerts quite a bit. I also like to go to the beach and then relax at a bar or restaurant by the ocean. My family and I like to try different places to eat–in particular, food trucks! I am also passionate about making a difference in our community. In fact, my family and I have volunteered for the Ronald McDonald House and for Give Kids The World in addition to also donating to and volunteering for the people in Venezuela.

What I love most about my job is the unique opportunity it provides me to help people on a daily basis. Making a difference for families in my community is incredibly fulfilling, and I’m grateful for the chance to have a positive impact on their lives. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth, and I thrive on tackling them head-on.
Beyond my professional life, I find immense joy in spending quality time with my family. My husband and our two boys are my greatest treasures, and I cherish every moment we share. Whether it’s going to the beach and engaging in heartfelt conversations or simply enjoying a movie night or trying out a new restaurant, any activity with my boys is always filled with laughter and fun.
One thing that most people know about me is my guilty pleasure: chocolate! There’s something irresistible about indulging in a rich, decadent treat that brings a moment of pure bliss. It’s a small pleasure that I wholeheartedly enjoy.
However, my passion extends beyond my immediate circle. I strongly believe in giving back to the community, and my family and I actively volunteer at different nonprofit organizations in Central Florida. The incredible services they provide to the community inspire us, and we are honored to be a part of their efforts.

I have been working as an agent since 2019. I love my job because I have the opportunity to sell insurance policies and advise customers on what is best for them. Every contact I have with a customer influences whether or not they’ll come back, so I make sure I give them the best customer experience possible every time.
I love spending time with my family and friends. The simplest things in life give me the most pleasure; cooking a good meal a walk with my dog. I enjoy visiting new places, and I make sure to collect moments, not things.
A guilty pleasure I developed during the pandemic was wearing pajamas all day now; I’m glad to be back to the office. The best thing about living in Orlando is the abundance of amusement parks and wild nature. I go to different parks at least once a week!
I love animals. I have a Beagle dog, and I’m a member of the Beagle Freedom Project, whose mission is to end all forms of animal exploitation through rescues, campaigns, and legislation.
With a background in law, originally from Venezuela, I’ve worked in the insurance industry since 2023. I still have a long way to go, but I love to learn new things and get more experience in different scenarios to be able to help our clients. Plus, working with a good team makes the roadway easier. I have always been passionate about assisting clients and ensuring their satisfaction, and there is a good chance that if a client needs to update their policy or look for new options, I would be the person that will be helping them 🙂
Outside of work, I enjoy being with my loved ones, It could be going to the beach, to look around all the natural spots Florida offers us, or just watching a movie at home and baking some brownies to eat with ice cream, that’s my not-at-all-guilty pleasure!
